About us...

The Memorial area is a prestigious upscale market that boasts mature trees and neighborhoods with oversized lots.  It is west of downtown and was one of the first suburban areas to follow the job growth in Houston.  Today you will see many ‘tear-downs’ as the value of the real estate far exceeds the value of the original homes that were built there.  Memorial lies within the western edge of the “Energy Corridor” and so there are jobs convenient to the residents.

We are more than just a team of professional real estate agents at our office. Our agents are an integral part of the community – we are your neighbor, friend, and/or colleague. We shop, dine and play, we volunteer at area nonprofits, and most importantly, we send our kids to the local schools and enjoy all that our community has to offer.

About Jill Leitner

Ms. Leitner offers all sellers a variety of services from staging listings and hosting open houses to assisting in negotiation and closing. With Gary Greene she has access to industry leading marketing and advertises listings on thousands of websites along with targeted television and print media across the city and the nation. For those searching for a new home Ms. Leitner will guide in research keeping abreast of new listings preparing for closing and more. She is ready to help establish a budget and use her market knowledge to help find the best deal possible. Buyers will also receive listing alerts so they'll be the first to know when new listings fitting their needs come on the market. Ms. Leitner comes to Gary Greene with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. Before entering real estate she developed her skills in customer service and networking as the head of Human Resources for for an energy provider. In this position she worked directly with clients of many different backgrounds requiring her flexibility to meet their needs. She brings these same skills to her real estate clients who she is prepared to serve as a dynamic dedicated resource who is able to not only adapt to her clients' but to work well with other agents buyers and sellers in negotiation marketing and research.
